Established in 2025 with a vision for excellence, S.O FADEYI & ASSOCIATES is a proudly indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with its head office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and branch offices in Lagos and Abuja. The firm is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) – RC No. 7016628, and duly recognized by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for professional compliance and corporate integrity.

Principal Partner, S.O FADEYI & ASSOCIATES
Esv. Fadeyi Sunday Ojo is the Principal Partner of S.O FADEYI & ASSOCIATES, Estate Surveyors & Valuers, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence. A visionary leader with a passion for innovation, Esv. Fadeyi has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm into key markets across Nigeria while fostering partnerships and collaborations that drive sustained value for clients.
With a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation from Federal Polytechnic, Bida, he brings over a decade of practical experience in valuation, property management, agency, and consultancy.
His professional journey includes impactful roles at reputable firms such as Dele Badru & Co. , Timi Kemike & Co before joining Osas & Oseji Estate Surveyors & Valuers, where he served as a Valuation & Management Surveyor from February 2020 to April 2025. During this time, he was responsible for sourcing and executing valuation briefs, managing lease formalization, overseeing service charges in multi-tenanted properties, and improving asset performance through proactive property management.
Esv. Fadeyi is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) and an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS). His leadership style is defined by strong communication, strategic collaboration, and a results-driven mindset—qualities that continue to shape the success of the firm.
